hey, thank you very much for the detailed, thoughtful response. I absolutely felt for you as I read your experiences, and I'm glad you feel you can articulate, and do so with such coherence, what you went through.

I enjoyed reading your take on how becoming a feminist helped with your recovery (love the term mindful masculinity) with the 'female warrior spirit' - in regards to your last paragraph, that's sound advice. Listening to people's point of view/struggles opens up so many more lines of communication and cohesion between groups, and hopefully stops the formulaic 'one empowers the other'. Listen and reason.
